Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Blueprint Phase Money-Back Guarantee

If during the initial Discovery & Blueprint phase (prior to starting active design or development) you decide not to proceed, we refund 100% of your deposit minus documented third-party costs.

2. Milestone-Based Refunds

Once design or engineering milestones are approved in writing by the client, funds for completed milestones are non-refundable. Any unearned upfront funds for future unstarted milestones will be refunded in full.

3. AMC & Retainer Cancellations

Monthly support retainers (Care, Momentum) may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Prepaid unrendered months are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
